Our mission is to engage the hearts, hands and minds of the community to help animals and provide resources for those who require support for the animals in their lives.
The Cowley County Humane Society is an open admission shelter dedicated to providing compassionate care to everyone! The shelter operates with the combined aide of the Cities of Arkansas City, Winfield, Cowley County Board of Commissioners as well as donors, volunteers and foster families.
