Animal Poison Control Center:
It is 2 o'clock in the morning and you have just discovered that your dog or cat has injested a bottle of prescription medication. You can't get ahold of your veterinarian. What can you do?
The ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center is a national call center dedicated to saving the lives of animals who have been exposed to potentially toxic substances. It is staffed by a total of 30 veterinarians that are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide veterinary and diagnostic treatment recommendations over the phone.
