Non-Cowley County Residents

At Cowley County Humane Society, we are dedicated to giving every animal the chance to find a loving home. We recognize that surrendering a pet can be a difficult decision, which is why we provide a supportive and compassionate environment for every family. Our adoption and rescue programs are designed to give every pet a second chance at happiness.

To ensure the best possible outcome for each animal, we require a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection, as well as some veterinary services. There is a minimum $50 surrender fee required per animal; if you have a litter, the may be able to be discussed with the Operations Manager.

If you find a stray, please contact your local animal control officer for instructions. It is essential that stray animals be held in the jurisdiction they are found, so we do not accept stray animals found outside of Cowley County.
